营养员工作职责

  • 与幼儿相关Child-related:
  • To prepare the food and make seasonal adjustments. 营养员在园长和保健人员指导下专职负责幼儿的膳食。根据季节供应情况制定适合幼儿年龄的食谱,定期更换。
  • To provide food according to the children’s attendance record.准确掌握幼儿出勤人数,做到每天按人数按量供应主副食,不吃隔夜剩饭菜。
  • To calculate the children’s nutrition requirements regularly. 定期计算幼儿的进食量,计算营养数,进行分析研究,改进不足。
  • To improve cooking skills and encourage the children’s appetites. 提高烹饪技术,增进幼儿食欲,按时供应饭菜、点心。
  • To provide ill children with special food. 根据病儿病情做好病号饭。
  • To improve the children’s food. 要注意每个班级幼儿的进食情况。要与班级取得联系,征求意见,随时改进。
  • To ensure the children’s nutrition requirements are being met. 保证幼儿吃足粮食,注意米、面搭配。
  • To continue studying nutrition knowledge. 经常学习有关营养方面的基本知识。

  • 与教师相关 Teacher-related:
  • To prepare breakfast for the staff. 每天为教师、保育员准备好早餐(除寒暑假)
  • To prepare lunch for the staff. 每天为教职工准备午餐
  • To prepare food for teachers working overtime.在下班后有集体会议或加班的情况下,为教职工们准备点心。

  • 与食品安全卫生相关 Food safety-related:
  • To check the food on a daily basis, and throw away any food which has gone bad. 每日验收当天购进的食品,严禁使用腐烂变质的食品。
  • To implement the food policy.认真执行饮食卫生的各项制度。
  • To sanitize the canteen regularly.定期对厨房、餐厅进行全面的卫生清洁工作。
